Content & Production

Content & Production is the operational core of STARRAY. We design and produce high-end audiovisual content that goes beyond aesthetics, building brand identity, positioning, and a complete visual universe. Every project is conceived to create visual coherence, emotional impact, and a strong presence across all platforms.

We work from a strategic vision. We analyze the brand’s essence, define a clear narrative, and build a cohesive visual system before producing any asset. Our method combines creative direction, precise planning, and cinematic execution, ensuring every piece of content is part of a larger story rather than an isolated element.

Deliverables

Timeline: The standard delivery time is 7 to 15 business days after the shooting, depending on the volume of content, production type, and level of post-production required. For larger-scale projects or those involving advanced strategic narrative development, timelines are defined on a custom basis at the start of the project.

Creative direction & Storytelling

Creative Direction & Storytelling is where the true identity of each project is born. We define the narrative, visual language, and creative positioning that turn a brand into a recognizable universe. We don’t create isolated assets, we build meaningful and scalable concepts.

We start from the brand’s essence and purpose. We build a coherent narrative, a solid visual system, and a clear creative direction that guides all future content. Every aesthetic decision is driven by strategy.

What type of projects does STARRAY work on?
We produce video, photography and videopodcasts for brands: campaign shoots, audiovisual event coverage, social media content and the creative direction behind each project. We work with brands that want a recognisable visual language that holds up over time, not isolated pieces.
What is the process to start a project?
It all starts with an initial consultation where we understand your brand, goals, and needs. We then present a creative proposal with strategy, timeline, and budget. Once approved, we begin production.
Do you offer AI and automation services?
Yes. We implement automated workflows for lead capture, CRM, email marketing, Instagram and WhatsApp chatbots, and other tools that optimize your brand operations.
Where can I record a videopodcast in Ibiza?
At our Ibiza studio: multicamera recording, professional lighting and broadcast audio, with a director working live during the session. Each episode runs up to 60 minutes, depending on the podcast format. The studio set is ready to shoot; if the project needs its own set carrying your branding, we design and build it at Signature level.
What does videopodcast production include?
It depends on the level. Pro is recorded on the studio set and booked per episode or as a short pack. It includes multicamera recording, professional lighting and broadcast audio, and full post-production: editing, colour, audio mix, title graphics and lower thirds, and social clips within the agreed scope. Signature, as a six-episode pack, adds the layer Pro does not carry: creative direction, a custom set with the project's branding, narrative editing, and a fixed package of five clips with thumbnails and social versions per episode. The shoot is done in one block, across a maximum of two days. The difference between the two is not technical quality. It is depth. Pro produces your format well. Signature designs it.
How long does event photography and video take to deliver?
Three to seven working days. If you need material sooner — for press or for social — we deliver a selection within 24 to 48 hours. Everything arrives organised by format and platform, ready to publish.
What does event photography and video coverage include?
Photography and video of the event, short pieces optimised for social, and high-quality archive material. Depending on the brief, an aftermovie as well. We shoot with an editorial eye: not everything that happens, but what holds up the brand's image afterwards.
Can you cover an event at short notice?
Yes, subject to availability. We work to urgent deadlines and deliver a first selection within 24 to 48 hours when the event calls for it. The earlier we have the brief, the more we can prepare in direction and planning, which is where the difference shows.
What is the difference between hiring a photographer and a production company?
A photographer delivers images; a production company delivers a system. We define the narrative and the visual language before shooting, then produce video and photography inside that system. That is why the material works together, gets reused, and builds a recognisable identity instead of accumulating unrelated pieces.
Do you work with brands from outside Ibiza?
Yes. We are based in Ibiza and work with brands from across Spain and internationally, both here and travelling wherever the project needs. A large share of our work comes from brands shooting on the island who need local production.
Can you produce social content from the same shoot?
Yes, and it is the norm. Every production yields vertical versions and short pieces made for social alongside the main deliverables. Planning that before the shoot — rather than cropping it out afterwards — is what keeps the social content at the same level as the headline piece.
How long does a video or photography production take?
Seven to fifteen working days from the shoot, depending on the volume of material and the level of post-production. If the project includes creative direction and defining the visual system, add ten to twenty working days before the shoot.
