Photography and video for companies in Ibiza, with one direction all year.
Recurring content for hotels, restaurants, yachting, real estate and brands operating on the island. Shoots planned by season, delivery ready for each channel, and an archive that grows instead of scattering.
Content that accumulates instead of repeating
Most companies in Ibiza do not have a photography problem. They have a coherence problem: May was shot by one photographer, July by another, and the opening film by a third. Each piece is fine on its own and together they build nothing.
We work the other way round. Before the first shoot we set the visual criteria — light, colour, framing, tone — and those criteria hold in January and in August. What changes is the season, not the brand.
The effect is cumulative and shows up late: by the third or fourth month nothing starts from zero. There is an archive of your own, ordered and retrievable, and each new shoot reinforces the last rather than replacing it.
Photography and video for hotels, restaurants, yachting and real estate in Ibiza
Every sector has its calendar and its way of looking. The criteria stay the same; the plan does not.
Hotels and hospitality: spaces, rooms, food, experience and team. Content that works for the site, the booking engine and social alike, without reshooting for each channel.
Restaurants and clubs: menu, room, atmosphere and season. The highest-turnover content of the year and the one that ages worst when it is not planned. Lío Ibiza is a full-season case.
Yachting and charter: vessel, interiors, navigation and product. On-water shooting with permits and logistics resolved from the island.
Real estate: property, architecture, light and surroundings. Photography that sells a place rather than documenting a building.
Retail and brand: product, campaign and launch. With our own studio for what needs controlled conditions, and location work when the product needs context.
How we work
Three steps, and the third is what separates this from a one-off commission.
Diagnosis and calendar. What each channel needs, how often, and at which points in the year. That produces a shooting plan, not a price list.
Production in blocks. We shoot by season rather than by emergency: one day covers several uses, and the cost per piece falls because the logistics are shared.
Delivery and review. Every delivery arrives edited and cut per channel. Every quarter we review whether the system still holds: whether the identity has drifted, whether something is uncovered, whether the pace needs adjusting.

Common questions
- Do you work by project or only in continuity?
- Both. A specific project — an opening, a campaign, a launch — is the natural way to start and to test the method on a real case. Monthly continuity makes sense when the brand needs content across the whole season and wants it to accumulate. Many clients begin with the first and move to the second.
- How much does photography and video for companies in Ibiza cost?
- It depends on scope: shoot days, locations, crew, post-production complexity and how many pieces are delivered. We work with tailored proposals rather than fixed packages, because a hotel with five spaces and a restaurant with one do not have the same need. Write to us with what you have in mind and we answer with a specific proposal.
- How many shoots does a hotel or restaurant need per year?
- There is no number that fits everyone, and anyone who gives you one without seeing your operation is inventing it. It comes out of the diagnosis: how many channels need feeding, how fast the menu or the season turns over, and which moments of the year cannot be repeated. In Ibiza it almost always concentrates between pre-opening and peak season.
- Do you deliver vertical formats for social?
- Yes, and not as an afterthought crop. Each channel’s formats are decided before shooting, because a frame composed for horizontal and cropped to vertical shows. You get the edited selection plus the per-channel adaptations.
- What is the difference from hiring a freelance photographer?
- For a single shoot, none that would justify the change: a good freelance resolves a shoot. The difference appears on the fourth. A freelance delivers photographs; here there is a direction that holds between shoots, an archive ordered so it can be retrieved, and photo and video under the same criteria instead of two suppliers who never speak.
- Do you have your own studio?
- Yes. Our own space in Ibiza for product, portrait and any session that needs controlled conditions, alongside the videopodcast studio. When the content needs real context, we shoot on location.
- Do you work outside Ibiza?
- Yes. Ibiza is the base and where we have crew, permits and locations resolved, but we work with national and international brands and travel when the project calls for it.
- Do you publish, or only deliver?
- Both exist. The usual arrangement is delivery ready to publish, and in continuity we can take on publishing and its automation as well — it is one of the studio’s five areas.
